Tivha was founded to bridge the cybersecurity gap for organisations without a dedicated security team. We know that many small businesses, charities, and early-stage companies face real cyber threats — but lack the in-house expertise to handle them. Our Story

Tivha means "knowing" in Xitsonga (Shangana), a language spoken in southern Africa and Mozambique — reflecting our belief that good security starts with knowledge and understanding.

Miguel is a seasoned CREST-certified cybersecurity consultant with a background in offensive security and risk management. He created Tivha to offer the same level of insight and care usually reserved for big enterprises — but with a focus on organisations that actually need hands-on, human-centred help.
